a stay with issues
dark room unfrish smell
i found the room to be very dark and it. the dark colors used for the walls. the high-pile carpet was not ideal and it didn't smell very fresh either. i really wanted better lighting and a brighter atmosphere in the room,

heated pool spa bath convenient location
the outdoor heated pool and spa bath were fantastic with a mountain view. the room was quiet and comfortable with several pillows and a heated towel rail. i liked its location near the bus station (it made travel easy).
the rooms seemed a bit dark at times.

The hotel's location was convenient! it was right across from the bus station, made my departure easy. the staff seemed cheerful and helpful, always ready with a smile. the room included a dyson fan. It certainly helped keep the space cool.
my room had this strong smell from cleaning products, and it bothered my allergies. after leaving the balcony door open, i detected a stale cigarette smell in the old carpet. i tried to get another room, but i couldn't without paying extra.

helpful staff excellent location comfortable bed useful balcony
I found the staff consistently helpful. Zaheer and the team at the front desk were cute. the location suited me well, near bus routes. the beds were very comfortable. my room featured a useful balcony.
the room decor felt a little outdated.

amazing stay, excellent location and amenities
convenient location excellent breakfast on-site ski hire
i found the hotel located conveniently near bus stops. these stops provided easy access to various resorts and the town center, a major plus for getting around without hassle. the ski room was convenient and the on-site ski hire offered a 20% discount. i also enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast options, though some items could have been warmer.
the room decor looked a bit dated. the brown shag carpeting particularly felt out of place with the rest of the hotel.

the hotel's location provides convenient access to bus lines. these lines directly connect to ski resorts and the central town area. the proximity to these transport links enhanced our ability to explore without any reliance on taxis.

The pool area provided a fantastic mont blanc view. the outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight and added a luxurious touch. the spa also included a sauna and hammam, which i visited daily. These amenities were clean and well kept.

My upgraded room faced mont blanc and included a balcony. the room seemed spacious for two adults and a child. It also featured sufficient storage. the bathroom fixtures was modern. Everything worked perfectly .

heated pool mountain backdrop spa facilities
The breakfast included so much variety. Sweet and savory options were fantastic! I loved the outdoor heated pool. It had a fine mountain backdrop. The spa facilities had great temperature controls. Pool, sauna etc, were all nice and hot.
The sink had some hair in it. One drain was plugged.
